OUR JOURNEY

QualitySolicitors was founded in 2009 with a pioneering vision: to unite high street law firms under a nationally recognised brand, safeguarding them against the threat of large retailers entering the legal sector. This vision led to a wave of rebranding within the network, as firms embraced the QualitySolicitors name and ethos.

However, the anticipated challenge from large retailers never materialised. This unexpected turn of events prompted a shift in QualitySolicitors’ focus. In 2016, the company underwent a significant internal transformation, pivoting towards providing leads and marketing services to its network of firms. Some firms within the network chose to rebrand, shedding the QualitySolicitors name, but remaining part of the network to benefit from its offerings.

In the intervening period QualitySolicitors continued to evolve, responding to the changing needs of its member firms. In late 2022, a management buyout marked a new chapter in the company’s history. This buyout brought about another opportunity to affect some of the most substantial changes to QualitySolicitors in recent years driven solely by the needs of its members.

With a network of over 40 firms, the new management team listened attentively to feedback from its members. They introduced a range of services that have proven invaluable to the network, including recruitment, business development, employer branding, and conveyancing panel services.

QualitySolicitors is more than just a provider of leads and marketing services. While these services remain a core part of the company’s focus the depth and breadth of its service offering has expanded. By being part of the network, firms gain access to preferential rates and services from industry suppliers, which would be difficult to obtain individually. They also benefit from industry-leading training, networking opportunities, and the wealth of knowledge and resources that QualitySolicitors offers to support their growth.
