There are three: Full Membership (£1,500 a month), Core Membership (£1,000 a month) and Leads Membership (£500 a month). Prices are for a single office. Every membership includes exclusive, pre-qualified leads. The difference is how much support comes with them. Compare memberships.

It’s £1,500 a month for your first office, and up to £1,000 a month for each additional office.

Everything in Full Membership except the marketing. It suits firms that already have their own marketing team or agency. It’s £1,000 a month for your first office and £750 a month for each additional office, and it includes the QS Guarantee.

If you want us to handle your marketing as well as send you leads, Full Membership gives you the most value. Yes, at a reduced rate for each extra office. On Full Membership, each additional office is up to £1,000 a month. On Core Membership, each additional office is £750 a month.

Every membership starts with an initial six-month agreement. After that it continues on a rolling basis, so you can stay as long as it’s working for you.

Once your initial six months are up, you can leave at any time by giving six months’ notice.

Once you’ve chosen your membership, we’ll agree a start date with you and plan your onboarding together.

Talk to us. If your firm’s needs change, for example you build your own marketing team or want us to take over your marketing, we’ll look at whether a different membership is a better fit.

If the total value of your membership doesn’t reach at least three times your annual fee, we rebate the shortfall. It’s subject to the terms of your membership agreement.

Full and Core Membership. Leads Membership is our lower-cost entry point and doesn’t include the Guarantee.

Everything your membership delivers: fee income from your leads, our marketing valued at market rates, and rebates and partner benefits. We add it up and compare it with your annual membership fee.

The Guarantee protects you. Even at half the expected leads, a typical firm still clears the guaranteed minimum. If a location produces fewer than five leads a month, we make up the difference.

No. Member firms stay independent. They keep their own brand, set their own fees and take no direction on how they run their practice.

No. Some members trade as QualitySolicitors, while others keep their own brand entirely. Either way, they get the same support.

No. We take no commission and no share of your fees. Every instruction you win from a lead is yours.

No. You stay in charge of your practice, your people and your fees. We provide leads, marketing, training and partner savings to help you grow, and it’s up to you how you use them.

A franchise usually means taking on someone else’s brand, following their way of working and paying a share of your income. QualitySolicitors membership is a fixed monthly fee for support. There’s no share of fees, you keep your independence, and the QS Guarantee on Full and Core Membership means the value has to be at least three times what you pay.

No. Every lead from QualitySolicitors.com is exclusive to the firm that receives it, pre-qualified by our UK-based First Contact Team and matched to the types of case you want.

We model 10 qualified leads a month per location. That’s a realistic figure for a firm taking work across several practice areas. City locations typically see more and some rural locations may see fewer. Across the network, our First Contact Team qualifies over 600 enquiries a month.

Your own virtual marketing department: SEO, PPC management, social media, content, graphic design, website optimisation and review management, all from our in-house team. Membership includes the foundation level of Academy by QualitySolicitors: e-learning on The Professional Alternative, webinars throughout the year, and business development and lead conversion training. TPA is included for your whole team on Full and Core Membership.

Yes. EVOLVE, our recruitment service, works exclusively for member firms and charges a 15% fee on the final salary package, well below the 20–30% many agencies charge.

Members get rebates and preferential rates from our partnered suppliers, including up to £75 per search back from Move Reports, the Metro Bank client account, and discounts on compliance, cyber security and insurance.
