This policy covers growwithqs.com, our website for law firms. If you are a member of the public looking for legal help, please read the QualitySolicitors.com privacy policy instead.
We only collect what we need to reply to you and to run the website. Most of it is business contact information about you and your firm.

Data protection law says we need a lawful reason (a “lawful basis”) for everything we do with your information. These are ours.
| What we do | Lawful basis |

| Measure how the website is used and improve it | Your consent, given through our cookie banner |
| Show you relevant adverts on LinkedIn and measure our campaigns | Your consent, given through our cookie banner |
| Keep the website secure and stop spam | Legitimate interests: protecting our website and the people who use it |
| Meet our legal obligations and deal with any legal claims | Legal obligation, and legitimate interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed our interests against yours. You can object at any time (see Your rights).
From time to time we may send newsletters or company updates to people who have been in touch with us. We keep these relevant to law firms, and we don’t send them often.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing marketing@qualitysolicitors.com. If you unsubscribe, we keep a note of your email address only so that we don’t contact you again.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share your enquiry with our member firms or partners.
We use trusted service providers to run our business. They act on our instructions and are only allowed to use your information to provide their service to us:
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or with a buyer if our business is ever sold.
Some of our service providers store or access information outside the UK, for example in the European Union or the United States. When that happens, we make sure the information is protected to the standard UK law requires. We use countries the UK recognises as having adequate protection, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK’s approved contract terms.
Contact us if you’d like more detail about these safeguards.
We keep enquiry and contact information for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete it. If your firm becomes a member, client or partner, we keep what we need for as long as that relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Analytics information is kept for the period set in each tool, and is then deleted or anonymised. Cookies last for the periods shown in our cookie settings.
