No, you do not need to rebrand your law firm if you join QualitySolicitors. We understand that each law firm has its own unique brand and identity, and we would never ask you to change that. However, if you would like to use the QualitySolicitors brand, we would be happy to discuss that with you.

No, we have no financial ties with firms and no say in how your firm is run.

Absolutely not. Whatever happens to your website is your decision. However, to aid the generation of new clients, we can have a few pages on our main site.

No, you retain complete control over how your firm is run.

No, QS does not take any share of your profits.

Yes, QS membership includes presence on our website, which generates 800 qualified enquiries per month.

The application process typically takes about 4-6 weeks.

Terms and Conditions

  • This competition is open to UK-based law firms only.

  • Current QualitySolicitors member firms are not eligible to participate.

  • Entries from postcodes already covered by an existing QualitySolicitors member firm will not be counted.

  • Each firm may submit up to three entries per month.

  • Each entry must be submitted by a different senior staff member or decision-maker within the firm.

  • All entries must be submitted through the official competition form.

  • One winner will be selected each month from January, February, and March 2025.

  • Non-winning entries will automatically roll over to subsequent months unless withdrawn.

  • The prize is a free three-month QualitySolicitors membership.

  • This is not a full membership; some benefits exclusive to paying members will not be available.

  • There is no obligation to continue membership beyond the free three-month period.

  • Winners have the right to refuse the prize or end the free membership early.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided during entry.

  • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the announcement, an alternative winner may be selected.

  • By entering the competition, participants consent to being contacted by QualitySolicitors via email and phone regarding this competition.

  • Participants also consent to further email communication following the competition. However, entrants have the right to unsubscribe from such communications at any time.

  • Personal data provided during the competition will be handled in accordance with QualitySolicitors’ Privacy Policy.

  • Data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and subsequent communications, unless explicit consent is provided for other uses.

  • QualitySolicitors reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

  • Any disputes regarding the competition will be resolved at the sole discretion of QualitySolicitors.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
